CSH Online Community meetings are for anyone wishing to connect with other Community members and take advantage of the opportunity to share experience, strength and hope in healing with others undertaking the same journey.
To allow for maximum participation from our home-bound friends and remove logistical restraints for others in our community, our Community meetings are held via the Zoom video conferencing online platform (where you can choose to just listen via audio or show your face in a video – thus, remaining as anonymous as you like). Please be assured that we deeply value your privacy and are committed to the principles of anonymity in all of our online Community Meeting affairs.
There are no dues or registration fees required for participation in our online Community Meetings and Zoom Video Conferencing is freely available on your personal computer, smartphone or tablet. Participants are welcome to donate to CSH if they feel so inclined, however there is no obligation to do so.
Online Zoom CSH Community meetings take place on Saturday mornings at 7:00 – 8:00 PST / 8:00-9:00 MST / 9:00 – 10:00 CST / 10:00 – 11:00 EST and Wednesday evenings 6:00 – 7:00 PST/ 7:00-8:00 MST 8:00-9:00 CST/ 9:00 – 10:00 EST.

The Saturday Morning and Wednesday Evening CSH Online Community Meetings are for anyone wishing to engage in a more open-ended, process of discovery while facing the many challenges that affect us all. If you feel alone in your experience with grief, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, caretaker burnout, etc. this meeting is for you. We have worked hard to create a place of safety and acceptance where we share insights, experiences, trials, triumphs and general principles and practices which lead to a life of sustainable healing “from whatever ails ya.” We ask you to please consider joining us. If you are wondering where you belong Our CSH Community needs each and every one of you. You belong here!
The Ongoing CSH COMMUNITY Meeting. It’s not always possible for people to join a real-time online meeting at a certain hour. To make connecting with others in our CSH Community more easily accessible we have created a Facebook Group for the Council for Sustainable Healing. If you’re interested in being a part of that, you can join by going here. If you’re open to making a connection with others seeking sustainable healing, you’re welcome to join us. We are looking forward to hearing more of your insights and experiences. Your participation in our community benefits us all.
As a way to create order and consistency in our CSH Community Council Meetings we have identified 12 Principles, 6 Patterns of Progression and 6 Concepts of Safety and Service that we use as guidelines for our gatherings. We believe that these simple ideas can be applied to any present challenge and will help create a safe, inviting and exciting place to share experience, strength and hope with fellow CSH Community Members.
Those attending meetings may choose to listen only and/or share as suits their individual situation and comfort level. It has been our experience that hearing another’s story is often fertile ground for self-discovery. As our introductory video says, “We’re excited to meet you! Join us at The Council For Sustainable Healing and discover a future to get excited about and new friends to help you get there.”

How Our Community of Sustainable Healing Works
These are the aspirations we seek to follow in our gatherings. If they are meaningful for you we invite you to apply them in gatherings of your own with friends, family members and others you trust in your own healing journey. For more information on just how this might be done please join us in our weekly online Community Council Meetings. We look forward to meeting you.
